In order for your application to be processed, you must do one of the following two choices:

1. Bring the completed application and application fee to our office at:

2. Email the completed application to rentals@turnipseedinvestmentgroup.com or fax it to 678-278-1203 and submit the application fee via ZELLE or Paypal from the options below:

You now have an additional option to make your rent payments using ZELLE.

Look for that payment option to send money on your banking institution’s webpage or app and add Turnipseed Investment Group as a payee with the email address of rentals@turnipseedinvestmentgroup.com. Use our email address to send your payment. It’s that simple.

So what are the advantages?

2. Saves travel time to the office or post office
3. We receive instant notification that your payment has been made
4. Provides you with a record of your payment history
5. Reduces the opportunity for interception of mail
